Hints for better results:
If you received an order confirmation email it will have your order ID. It will start with the first five letters of your last name. It will look like SMITH12345-1211170415. You need to enter the entire number including the hyphen. Be sure to enter it in the Order Number Box.
If you have an invoice: Your order number and account number are all digits and appear on the invoice.
If you have a catalog: Your account number is all digits and can be found in the pink box.
If you have a mailing: Your account number is all digits and can be found over your name and address on the order form.
